ARTS STUDENTS THRIVING, RESEARCH MAKING IMPACT
As we head into the final stretch of the school year, it’s wonderful to share some inspiring updates from our Foundation and the students and alumnae we support.
First, we are delighted to bring you updates from our Anna Bradbury Little Arts Scholarship recipients. Violinist Riitta Ruan and cellist Yuyang (Kaly) Guo have put their bursaries to excellent use – from exam preparation to new equipment – and are already seeing the rewards in their daily practice and confidence as young musicians.
We are equally proud to highlight the progress of Jen Wong, recipient of our Graduate/Postgraduate Scholarship. Jen is breaking new ground in her PhD research into childhood dementia, and this month she will present her work at the Lysosomal Disease Summit in Sydney while also hosting an AAC symposium for speech pathologists.
