Honouring Anna Bradbury Little

Introducing the Anna Bradbury Little Arts Scholarship

As 2022 kicks off to a flying start, and hopefully a year of face-to-face learning, our goal this year is to share more inspiring donor and grant recipient stories so that you can discover the reasons behind the donations and the wonderful impact they have.

One particular story that has touched us is that of alumna Anna Bradbury Little, whose life was tragically cut short at the age of 34. It has been an absolute privilege to work with Anna’s mother to establish a scholarship in her daughter’s name.

You can read about Anna’s story and the Anna Bradbury Little Arts Scholarship in this edition.

Newsletter December 2021 - Thank you

It's our turn to thank you, this festive season

It’s quite amazing how quickly the year draws to a close. Despite all the ups and downs... I’m so glad that we are ending 2021 on a high.

The end of year is always a time for reflection and celebration. Anika tells you about her grant

It generally comes around once every four years and despite the delay, the 2020 Tokyo Olympics has shown once again what can be achieved if we aim Higher, Faster, Stronger and importantly Together.

The last two weeks have seen many of us glued to the screen, engrossed in sports never played or even watched before and inspired by the human stories of strength, resilience and sacrifice behind each of the athletes and the support and nurturing provided by the teams behind them. It’s the same message over and over again… “I could not have done this without…”.

It’s a message that resonates so strongly with our Foundation and our donors… to be there to support our students, like Anika Bhandari (Y10), in achieving their dreams. Anika is our 2021 Academic Scholarship recipient who will be using her grant to take part in the Trinity College (The University of Melbourne) Young Leaders Program (STEM stream) - you can watch a lovely video of her in our newsletter.
